FULFILLMENT POLICY
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds on all products within 24 hours of purchase date. This 24 hour period is the typical setup time, so if a cancellation and refund is requested, it must be done before the setup is complete, due to the hard costs involved. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted once the setup has been complete.
DELIVERY POLICY
Upon setup, the 14-day warm-up period for accounts, domains and mailboxes that are setup. Campaigns will only commence once the warm-up period is complete. For the first billed month, the invoicing period only commences once the campaign has commenced. Should there be any disruption to campaigns, the lost time will be made up for by additional time added to the invoicing period. Clients shall always receive the full 4-week invoicing period.
